When It Rains,......It Pours!!!

Today was supposed to be my first day at a new college and also the first day of my "Degree" college and boy was it amazing! For starter's one of my two friends got all frenzied about the rains because her "Mom told her so...." and was refusing to come! I was like "What!!!!?? are you like kidding me man?" , i mean seriously how can someone miss their first day at college , i aint a nut but hey it's called the first day because you get to "test waters" before you dive in and everyone is in a daze anyway....its the best day to sort out the "who's-who". This was actually a sign for the "soggy" day up ahead but i choose to ignore it.My friend decided to come to college after all and i thought ok we're gonna have a great day today. Meeting new people always excites me, its like me yelling "gimme more"(well not the way britney sings it alright). Its fun basically. My dad becomes generous enough to drop me to the station for my onward journey to Dadar and i forgot to mention my college is Ramnarain Ruia College. So there i was 6:10ish in the morning and waiting for my two friends to show up which they did in about 15 minutes! Well we had a word and ran off to get the trains. The train journey was just too good to be true.We thought well it's amazing how everythings perfect and believe me we spoke too soon.Soon after we had to walk through knee length's of water and it so conveniently reminded me of the earlier Mumbai Deluge and it was worse because we guys had not much sense of direction but somehow we made headway to out esteemed college and just when we thought it was all over we are told after we with much pushing and tugging get our classrooms that there's no college today due to heavy rains!!! WTF! That really pissed me off!! To Top it all the wonderful trains had also ceased to work! One of my comrades was helpful as she phoned her driver and we were home free!! Now i'm thinking weather i should have followed my intuition at 5 in the morning after all.

A thought in my mind for today...

If you would be a real seeker after truth, it is necessary that at least once in your life you doubt, as far as possible, all things.
