food for my thoughts!

i thought a series of things in the past few days and they've changed the way i think some of them i wrote myself in frustration and one of them is from a movie long forgotten that i chanced upon TV today so here they are:

My thoughts - what i wrote in a fit of rage as always:

"Probably the only major diffrence that i can seem to see between the individuals that surround me today is this adults are the ones who've forgotten how to be childlike as in they've forgotten to do what THEY feel like and children are the ones who ALWAYS do what they feel like , that seperates them from the quientessential thing that they lack namely HAPPYNESS"

"How can you ever be all that you wanna be when the world is against you, when everything seems so right but is so wrong, when you wish for something and you get it all yet its not yours, yet it doesn't yeild, yet it goes away. When you've had all you've ever wished for and lost it all so easily, when you've cherished something, nurtured something and most importantly loved it with all your heart, mind and body and soul and then it betrays you...betrayal...such a strong word but that's what you choose to call it.choices they're what make or break you but what if they are forced what if you've made the right choice and yet not seen the light as you should have. Its difficult to be all you can be when life's hard all around but whoever said its gonna come on a platter?"

and finally the quoute from the forgotten movie that i love its called "Coach Carter",here it is:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?' Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone, and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

-Marianne Williamson

what say you?

A thought in my mind for today...

If you would be a real seeker after truth, it is necessary that at least once in your life you doubt, as far as possible, all things.
